Using the photo conversation
Submit information about items you own or are authorized to discuss. Keep submissions accurate and do not upload illegal content or material you do not have permission to share. You may ask questions without committing to a sale.
Photo assessments and estimates
Photo observations and automated replies are preliminary. They do not verify ownership, authenticity, purity or metal-only weight. Any estimated value can change with market rates, inspection and staff approval. A chat response is not a binding purchase offer or a promise of payment.
Shipping, purchases and other services
Confirm any sale, payment, trade, appointment, shipping instructions, insurance and return terms directly with staff before proceeding. Do not send valuables solely because an automated reply mentions a mail-in option. Separate transaction terms apply only when they are provided and accepted for that transaction.
Privacy and messages
The Privacy Policy explains how submissions are handled. Sending a photo or using this website does not provide SMS marketing consent. Any future text-message opt-in is separate and optional.
